<p>Hi Giacomo,<\/p><p>Are you using 4k display?<\/p><h3 class=”bridgehead “>Using 4K Displays with Workbench<\/h3><p>Currently, Workbench does not support 4K displays. You may see one or more of the following issues if you use Workbench on a 4K display:<\/p><div class=”itemizedlist”><ul class=”itemizedlist” type=”disc”><li class=”listitem”><p>Initially launching Workbench displays a tiny window and text is cut off.<\/p><\/li>\n

<li class=”listitem”><p>Titles are cut off.<\/p><\/li>\n

<li class=”listitem”><p>You must maximize the Workbench window twice before it is set to full screen.<\/p><\/li>\n

<li class=”listitem”><p>Various parts of the user interface are scaled incorrectly, including tab titles, drop-down menu text, toolbars, and the ACT start page.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<\/div><p>To improve these issues, complete the following procedure:<\/p><div class=”procedure”><\/p>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 1″><p>On the Windows toolbar, select <span class=”guimenu”>Start > Ansys 2024 R1<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 2″><p>Right-click the <span class=”guimenuitem”>Workbench 2024 R1<\/strong><\/span> icon and select <span class=”guimenu”>More<\/strong><\/span> > <span class=”guimenuitem”>Open file location<\/strong><\/span> from the context menu.<\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 3″><p>In the <span class=”guilabel”>Ansys 2024 R1<\/strong><\/span> folder, right-click the <span class=”guimenuitem”>Workbench 2024 R1<\/strong><\/span> icon and select <span class=”guimenuitem”>Properties<\/strong><\/span> from the context menu.<\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 4″><p>Switch to the <span class=”guilabel”>Compatibility<\/strong><\/span> tab.<\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 5″><p>Under <span class=”guilabel”>Settings<\/strong><\/span>, click <span class=”guibutton”>Change high DPI settings<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 6″><p>Select the <span class=”guibutton”>Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:<\/strong><\/span> check box.<\/p><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step” title=”Step 7″><p>Select <span class=”guimenuitem”>System<\/strong><\/span> from the drop-down menu below the check box.<\/p><div class=”informalfigure”><div class=”mediaobject”><span class=”imagedata”><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n

    <li class=”step”><p>To save the change and close the dialog box, click <span class=”guibutton”>OK<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
