<p>You can generate your own phase with 3rd party tool. But it is strongly recommended that you import your data into Lumerical and save it.<\/p><p>h5 data has library and data format requirements<\/p><p>https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360034927413-h5info-Script-command<\/p><p>Please use Lumerical script to write it:<\/p><p>h5write – Script command<\/a><\/p><p>Please follow the metalens examples. <\/p><p>Of cource you may develop your own way to drive the data from Lumerical to OPticsStudio.
