When you inject the mode, can you visualize that the correct mode is being injected? I will also recommend making sure that the source and monitors are lambda\/2 disatnce away from the PML Boundaries. There are a lot of parameters in FDTD that can affect simulation results.You may have to perform convergence testing. I will recommend you to look at this article and consider performing the tests: Convergence testing process for FDTD simulations<\/a>.<\/p><p>Regards,<br>Amrita<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-364767","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/364767","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reply"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/364767\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=364767"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
