For your question on the u-P formulation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XCvOyyRJ8rA\">this video<\/a> has more information.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I recommend deleting all the bonded contact in the model and replacing it with Shared Topology in SpaceClaim.
