HFSS calculated the closed loop inductance of the created structure.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A deembeding option is offered for terminal lumped ports, which removes the parasitic inductance that the ports are adding to your model. You can select each port and enable Deembed on the Properties window.
