The fidelity of the solution is controlled primarily using the slider in the stage navigator.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This acts differently depending on if you are in &lt;span class=&#8221;uicontrol&#8221;&gt;&lt;strong class=&#8221;ph uicontrol&#8221;&gt;Explore<\/strong>&lt;\/span&gt;&nbsp;or&nbsp;&lt;span class=&#8221;uicontrol&#8221;&gt;&lt;strong class=&#8221;ph uicontrol&#8221;&gt;Refine<\/strong>&lt;\/span&gt; stage. In both cases an increased fidelity will capture additional detail but will take longer to produce a result. &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ansyshelp.ansys.com\/account\/secured?returnurl=\/Views\/Secured\/corp\/v241\/en\/discovery\/UDA\/user_manual\/meshing\/topics\/c_global_fidelity.html\">Optimizing Performance with Solution Fidelity (ansys.com)<\/a>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For Fluid flow, we can use Curvature and Proximity Size Function from Global fidelity settings which controls how the mesh size is distributed on a surface or within a volume.
