I tried this directory as well, and it didn’t work. I put an original DLL, e.g., stepindex.dll (downloaded from this webpage<\/a>), in the following directory, and it worked. However, if I rebuild it by myself via the files available on that webpage, i.e., “stepindex.h” and “stepindex.cpp”, it wouldn’t work.<\/p><p>The directory: C:\\Program Files\\Lumerical\\v232\\bin\\plugins\\materials<\/p><p>I guess the issue is related to the DLL generation process, for which I used Visual Studio 2022. Do I need an additional or specific setting for the DLL building (compiling)?<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-359139","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/359139","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reply"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/359139\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=359139"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
