If I check the acetonitrile-liquid component, 0.228 and ~786 for mass fraction and density, I get 3.5g. I am taking mf*Density*volume. These values are also in rough agreement with some real values from a manufacturer.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am a little perplexed by this problem. Side note, for the materials, the liquids are defined with constant density and the vapors are defined as real-gas-peng-robinson as I am working with temps and pressures near the critical point.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would think Fluent is using the Peng-Robinson EOS to determine the density for the vapors and taking the constant density values listed above for the liquids and performing a similar calculation, but I cannot understand how it is coming up with a value so far off.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any additional ideas you can give me would be appreciated!&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-356721","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/356721","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reply"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/356721\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":356724,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/356721\/revisions\/356724"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=356721"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
