In order to set matters to right, we thought of two ways forward.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1) If a student has both a school e-mail address and a personal e-mail address &#8211; is there a restriction as to how many accounts could be opened by one person?&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2) Is there a department within Ansys that handles &#8220;Forum&#8221; accounts, and could reset this person&#8217;s entry?
