Features checked out were:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ansys&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;anshpc (8 additional cores)&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;disco_level1&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;disco_level2&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My CMC colleague also checked his account and our licence logs to see if the person was being denied access to any feature. This was not the case.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We will check with this user regarding what activity caused this &#8220;OFF&#8221; report in our logs.
