And the trend is similar between the reference and my FDTD results.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I can be confident with my FDTD results.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/07-10-2023-1696667699-mceclip2.png\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/10\/06-10-2023-1696552686-mceclip3.png\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The problem is the RCWA results.
