In the plot, you are plotting the permittivity (instead of the index) which is the square of the index. I think that&#8217;s is the only thing to consider here.&nbsp;&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class=&#8221;bbp-author-name&#8221;&gt;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/09\/26-09-2023-1695755157-mceclip0.png\" width=\"666\" height=\"578\" \/>&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class=&#8221;bbp-author-name&#8221;&gt;As shown above, in the view settings, from the &#8220;vertical axis&#8221; drop-down menu choose index and then click the &#8220;Fit and plot&#8221; option underneath it.
