<p>Hi Farhad,<\/p><p>Try the below steps:<\/p><p>1. Are you able to ping\/telnet the server using the command prompt?<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>2.  Go to C:\\Program Files\\ANSYS Inc\\Shared Files\\Licensing and open ansyslmd.ini to verify if the application is pointing to the right server, and to make any changes open it as admin.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Can you rename the Ansys folder (type %appdata% in address bar).<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Relaunch the application.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>3.   If still facing error, p<span lang=”EN-US”>lease add these entries to your C:\\Program Files\\Ansys Inc\\Shared Files\\Licensing\\ansyslmd.ini file?<\/span><\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”><span lang=”EN-US”> <\/span><span lang=”EN-US”>ANSYSLI_FNP_IP_ENV=1<\/span><\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”><span lang=”EN-US”>ANSYSLI_TIMEOUT_FLEXLM=20<\/span><\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”><span lang=”EN-US”>ANSYSLI_FLEXLM_TIMEOUT_ENV=20000000<\/span><\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”><span lang=”EN-US”>ANSYSCL_TIMEOUT_CONNECT=60<\/span><\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”><span lang=”EN-US”>ANSYSCL_TIMEOUT_RESPONSE=300<\/span><\/p><ul class=”topic-with-bgcolor” type=”disc”><li class=”MsoListParagraph hassub”>Also, set the following Environment Variable –<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<p class=”MsoNormal”>Go to START > ‘Edit the System Environment Variables’ > click Environment Variables.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Under the System Variables, please click NEW and create a new variable.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Variable Name – FLEXLM_TIMEOUT<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Variable Value – 50000000<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Save it.<\/p><ul class=”topic-with-bgcolor” type=”disc”><li class=”MsoListParagraph hassub”>Config File Reset –<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
