Regarding your question, no I have not modeled the seal as hyperelastic. I understand that it would be more accurate and i would implement it if i had the data at the moment. Nonetheless, if the stress\/strain is too much for the seal i have modeled, it would probably break or deform plastically, but the solution should still be converging regardless if i am correct? This issue with too large mesh deformation would still persist I assume.<\/p>
Thank you for the linked video. I will give it a watch and see if i can find something through that :)<\/p>
Regards,<\/p>
Rohan<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-293615","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/293615","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reply"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/293615\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=293615"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
