Seems to be a bug?"},"content":{"rendered":"

It is most likely due to material fitting. Although RCWA is frequency-domain solver, currently it still uses multi-coefficient model:<\/p>
<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/17-07-2023-1689633609-mceclip0.png\" \/><\/p>
so when the wavelength range changes, the fitted result may be different. For the same geometry, different material will lead to different result. So please make sure the fitting wavelength range is the same for the two cases:<\/p>
<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/07\/17-07-2023-1689634973-mceclip1.png\" \/><\/p>
Please try and check if the result is about the same, if not exactly the same.<\/p>
<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-293489","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/293489","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reply"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/replies\/293489\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=293489"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
