<p class=”MsoNormal”>Hi Dana,<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Which version of the standalone fluent application you are using?<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>If you can use the v231 fluent standalone application but not through workbench, then follow the below steps:<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”> <\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Close all the Ansys applications.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Go to Start<span style=”font-family: Wingdings;”>à<\/span> search “Product and CAD Configuration 2021 R2” and run it as admin.<\/p><p class=”MsoNormal”>Follow the below steps: (while configuring products and unconfiguring products “select all” option)<\/p><\/p>\n

    <li class=”MsoListParagraph” style=”margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;”>Install Required Prerequisites.<\/li>\n

    <li class=”MsoListParagraph” style=”margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;”>Unconfigure Products & CADs.<\/li>\n

    <li class=”MsoListParagraph” style=”margin-left: 0cm; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;”>Configure Products & CADs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
