I made my own set of curves in SpaceClaim, assigned a rectangular beam cross-section and got this mess.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/25-02-2023-1677357582-mceclip0.png\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Looking at the documentation, it seems the ability to control beam orientation is superior in DesignModeler.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However, importing the SpaceClaim file into DesignModeler did not make it simple to edit the orientation.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I will have to start over in DesignModeler and import the curves, then create Line Bodies and see if I can succeed.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-251543","reply","type-reply","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Yes, this is a problem.
