Were you able to run Lumerical 2020 R2 before?&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Try to delete the &ldquo;Lumerical product.ini&rdquo; files (except the License.ini)&nbsp; from your computer. See <a href=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4948629625619-Ansys-Lumerical-product-preference-files\">KB for details<\/a>.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Try running this <a href=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/article_attachments\/360056458993\/mwp.fsp\">Microwire polarizer example<\/a> from the <a href=\"https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us#app-anchor\">Application Gallery (Apps)<\/a>.
