You will need to reduce surface mesh size. If you use coarser surface mesh size on cylindrical surfacw with so small inflation then it may give bad elements. So please refine surface mesh further.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;The min orthogonal quality should be above 0.1 to proceed to solver. If it is less than 0.1 then please improve the mesh.&nbsp;&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;First check the locations of the bad elements.
