See this <a href=\"https:\/\/support.lumerical.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4405401057811-Ansys-license-manager-installation-guide\" target=\"blank\">installation guide<\/a> in our KB for more information.  Try to change your folder\/directory names to English.
