\nSince Weak Springs is a solver control option, solver assigns the same to the respective locations making the solution numerically stable. So it is not possible for user to control the location of weak springs.
\nWeak springs have low non zero stiffness which won’t affect the model stiffness , Using ‘Program Controlled’ option, solver assigns the stiffness according to the model, ‘Factor’ option enables user to set the stiffness as multiples of program controlled option, ‘Manual’ option enables user to set custom values. You may find the number of weak springs generated in the solution information.
