Never used Fluent meshing before.  I did not try workbench meshing with this geometry.<br \/>\n<i>&#8230;and for the first few diameters plus at the bends. Patch in the near inlet cell to be the correct phase for the adjacent inlet too.<\/i><br \/>\n I am not clear with the above statement.
