Then import it back and apply the temperature load to the deformed mesh<br \/>\nSolve the the model with 3 load steps<br \/>\nInsert a command object and use command similar to this:<br \/>\n\/post1<br \/>\nfile,file,rst                         ! use result file named file.rst<br \/>\nset,last                                !select last result set<br \/>\nupcoord,1                       !update nodal coordinates based on displacement<br \/>\nCDWRITE,DB,def_mesh,cdb   ! creates file named def_mesh.cdb<\/p>\n<p>3) Use External Model to import the mesh into a new static analysis.
