\nThank you for your response. I am facing a rather peculiar problem while running bandstructure and spr resonance simulations. When I run sweep over “K-points” for bandstructure or “theta” for resonance, my file is getting stuck at “wrapping up” stage (please refer to the screenshot attached).
\nTo check if there is some problem with simulation file or with the software itself, I installed the trial version of the software on a different computer and the simulation seems to run fine on the trial version.
\nCould you please suggest what could possibly be causing this problem on the licensed version. FYI.. the computer has sufficient memory with 128GB RAM and dual processors; the lumerical software is also updated to the latest version.<\/p>\n
