This typically presents the window and freezes control of the main GUI window. In this case the issue seems to be that the window is &#8216;open&#8217;, but not being displayed. This may be a quark in the settings, or a graphics issue.<br \/>\nPlease follow the steps in this link to se if it can be resolved by deleting the ini file or updating the graphics driver.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/forum\/discussion\/25740\/ansys-insight-fixing-graphics-related-issues-when-using-lumerical\" target=\"blank\">Ansys Insight: Fixing graphics related issues when using Lumerical<\/a><br \/>\nLet me know if this works.
