Why would the compatibility utility be failing this card for not having 4Gb of RAM when in the listing below with the GPU 2 information it literally says it has 4Gb of RAM ?

Please try disabling Intel graphics on the machine and see if that helps. Also, can you confirm which Discovery version you are using?

Although minimum 4Gb is required, 8 GB dedicated GPU RAM is recommended. Please try rolling back to an older version of the graphics driver and see if that helps (avoid the 5xx.x graphic card driver, as it has shown some other issues).
