What should be the Boundary condition to get wall temperature for combustion simulation in fluent?

I want to look temperature distribution on the surface of a material (say spherical in shape) kept inside the furnace zone.

Simple geometry which I considered is shown below (Every object is fluid domain no Solid domain).

Furnace chamber zone has a spherical cut inside it. The spherical cut is not a solid material.

If you want to export the transient temperature to Mechanical you might want to include the solid in Fluent and then transfer the solid temperature? It's a one way interaction unless the sphere changes shape significantly due to thermal expansion.

But my doubt is what should be the BC type that should be given on this solid body (or on the wall of this solid body) in fluent for solving the model to get the temperature results ?

Have a look in the wall boundary options, heat flux or convection are probably good choices depending on what you know about the system.
