SubscriberHello all, If I define orthotropic elasticity, stress limits, and Tsai-Wu constants in Engineering Data (Ansys Workbench 2025) for a non-composite solid, is it correct that Ansys Mechanical won’t directly use these to calculate Tsai-Wu (or other) failure criteria, and that the only practical way is to define a User Defined Result with the Tsai-Wu expression manually—meaning the limits/constants in Engineering Data are effectively unused?
