Unexpected Licensing Error

  We recently renewed our Ansys Fluent license. Before, it was working perfectly fine, but now after renewing it says "unexpected licensing error" and forces us to close the app. I checked our licensing portal and it says the license is active and that it is linked to the proper host device, so I am not sure what else to do.

  Was the license file downloaded from the Ansys licensing portal and installed/added into the Ansys License Manager? And the Ansys license management center is up and running and showing the new licenses available for checkout? >> Ansys license management center (View FlexNet License Status)
