Shear Stress between two Surface

I modeled a pipe with concrete coating. The pipe diameter is 0.52 m and the concrete thickness is 0.04 m. Length of pipeline is 12.2 m, and length of concrete is 11.4 m. There is a 19 ton force in the middle of concrete. and the displacement in the end of pipeline is zero. I want to calculate the shear stress between concrete and pipe.

      I extracted below results:

1- Shear stress xy on inner face of concrete (I expect this rsult on cross of XY plane with concrete to be the same with results of item 2, which wasn't)

2- I define a path over the length of the concrete and extarct the shear stress along the path

3- I use the contact tool and extract the frictinal stree between pipe and concrete

The above results are different and i want to know which one is what I want.

May be something is wrong in model, Which i can't find.

I appreciate your kind help and guide

      Regards

      Zari

Shouldn't you be comparing SXZ and not SXY?  It seems like SXZ is the important component of shear stress.  The unaveraged stress on the surface of the concrete or pipe has to be a correct value.  The shear stress based on contact or a path is a derived value that could be affected by averaging or interpolation or interpretation.
