While working on the ANSYS Workbench interface, when I try to change the name of the analysis module window by right-clicking on my already saved .wpj.li file and using the "Rename" command, I encounter a Microsoft JScript runtime error. The Workbench file automatically closes, and I can no longer open these files.
As a workaround, I am forced to rename the ANSYS version in the %appdata% folder to 'v242_old'. "Rename" is a frequently used command, and I would like to know what steps need to be taken to prevent this issue from occurring in the first place. Thank you for your consideration. -

Hi Ferhat,
Try to rename whole Ansys folder (%appdata%). How frequent is this issue?
