Problem with connecting PC to Ansys license server

  Our grup has a license server set up under hostname e6335. I can connect to it with the client utility on my PC, but when I try to launch any product it isn't able to obtain a license. For example the below error is what I get when I try to launch mehcnical apdl. How can I connect here?
