Modal analysis (mode shape data extraction problem)

      Hi All,

      Hope you are well.

I am using Ansys Workbench to get the mode shapes for the rail as shown below. The results are used to compare that with experimental result.

In the experimental test, a hammer is used to generate excitation by tapping on the top surface of the track and LDV is used to get vibration signal. Data was processed with Matlab and I succeeded to get the natural frequency and mode shape(amplitude) for mode 1 to mode 9.

However, when I use Ansys Workbench to simulate, I could get natural frequency and mode shape images, but I failed to get the specific data of mode shape(amplitude).

Could anyone please help me figure out how to extract mode shape(amplitude) data along vertical direction? For example, to get the mode shape((amplitude)) of point 1 in mode 2 in order to compare that in the experimental results. My final go is to exact the mode shape(amplitude) of any specific points along the track.

In addtiton,  could anyone please help me to find where the nodes are( zero diplacement position). I also want to extract the nodes position. Thank you very much.
