Hello,
I am trying to run a simulation in LS-Dyna(R13.1) using MAT-295, but I am facing an issue. Despite specifying the activation curve, when the model is read, the activation curve in the d3hsp is always set to 0.
I am not sure why the given ID doesn't seem to be used to activate the material...
Thanks in advance for your help.

Please copy and paste the line from d3hsp that shows the activation curve to be 0.  Or did you mean that d3hsp makes no mention of the activation curve?  According to your d3hsp, which version of LS-DYNA are you running?

Thanks for the reply. It does mention the activation curve, but its input is always set to 0.
For instance here is the input in the keyfile:
$#  title   actype   acdir    acid   acthr     sf     ss     sn
ACTIVE Â Â Â Â Â Â 2 Â Â Â Â 1 Â Â Â 604 Â Â Â 0.0 Â Â Â 1.0 Â Â Â 0.0 Â Â Â 0.0The keyfile was saved for the correct solver version. Yet, here is how it is seen through the d3hsp:
A C T I V E Â M O D U L E : Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
   Active model ………………………………. = 2
     …
   Active curve ID ……………………………. = 0
   Activation threshold ……………………….. = 0.00000E+00
       …Â
Active stress scaling in the fiber direction ….. = 1.00000E+00The LS-Dyna revision used is: R13.1.1-27-g8731a0d8c5Â
Cheers,

I can duplicate the problem using version R13.1.1.  The issue is resolved in versions R12.2.1, R14.0.0 and R14.1.0.
