Hi Guys,

I'm a techician working at a University.   We have a couple of Ansys installations, with one belonging to one of our research groups.  The Doctor in charge of that group says he purchased the following Ansys products.
1) Academic Teaching Introductory (25 tasks)

2) Mechanical Enterprise (1 task)

3) Academic Research and CFD (5 tasls)

Now, our license servers are operated centrally by the systems team, so I have no direct access, but have been liaising with the team, and they have installed the license given by Ansys software.

This doctor claims the features he bought are not installed (it is the full install, so if anything is missing, it's licence related).

I've contact Ansys, and our sales rep is saying we have what we paid for..    I've asked for support, and been told to come here.

Can anyone advise what I can do?   Can anyone tell me which features I need to look out for in the lmutil list of licenced features below to ensure I actually do have what we paid for?
