SubscriberWe have an ANSYS Academic Multiphysics Campus Solution that was renewed recently. When we try to generate the license file for the Research entitlement, we find that most (all?) of the CFD solvers and associated licenses are missing. This is not the case with the Teaching entitlement, as that has all the CFD solvers appropriately licensed. We are able to use the research entitlement currently using the old license file; however, that expires in a couple of weeks. I have reached out to our academic contact, but have not heard back.
Can someone take a look and see what is going on with the license file generation on the Ansys website?
Thanks,
Sree

Ansys Employee@kidambi-sreenivas,
According to the Ansys licensing portal - the new entitlements have not been activated yet. You have perpetual/paid up academic teaching and research entitlements with TECs valid until 2027-07-24.

SubscriberYes, this is a new development as our account manager got back to us. They added the new entitlement while they are trying to figure out what is going on with the license portal generating incorrect license files. They were able to reproduce the problem that we are seeing with the original entitlements, and these new entitlements were added to ensure that we do not lose access to features when the current license runs out.
