How to solve “ansys error a lod transfer error has occured. a load could not be applied to small or”

  I use ansys 2020R1, and i choose transient thermal for my model. But when i will solve the solution, there is error like this "ansys error a lod transfer error has occured. a load could not be applied to small or defeatured entity" . Any solution for this error ? please help me. This is my thesis project. Thank you in advance.
