How can I add bjt in HFSS circuit simulation?

  I have one bjt (s-parameter) and I want to add the properties of that bjt. How can I do this ? Basically I want to make amplifier using BJT which I have.

  There is a buit-in example in AEDT under File>Open Examples>Circuit>RF Microwave>Amplifiers>BJT_Inverter.aedt

  I need to fill all the values manually or is there any option to import my bjt model directly?

    If there is a way to import bjt model please answer. I have s-parameter data and file of BFU760 and I want to make amplifier with this bjt only. So, how can import mentioned model data in circuit?
