We updated this week from 2022R1 to 2022R2

We use Spaceclaim since 2017 version and always used the insert Symbol. we didn't have any problems with updating till now. All computers have the same problem. We cant place a symbol.

I tried already a lot of things.
      - Symbol with only text.
      - Make new symbol libary document instead of the old one.
      - Place libary on the C drive instead of the netwerk.
      - Did a fresh new installation
      - Put off the plugins

Is this a bug or can i fix this?
