Can you please elaborate on what you are looking for?
If you are looking for Annotations and symbols, you can find some of the standard ones in the 'Details' Tab under 'Annotation'. (see below image)

If you would like to Create new symbols, you can do from the 'Create' option in 'Symbols' under 'Details' tab. The created symbols will appear in Inset> Local 
You can also 'Import' a new symbol library, from Insert>Add symbol library (image below)

I am referring to the pic below - literally a "standard" dowel pin symbol.

Is there a place to obtain a symbol library ?

There are no libraries for symbols that we offer apart from the ones already on SpaceClaim. This symbol can be created separately and imported into SpaceClaim.

Id imagine you by now get how this is a bit of a issue ? A dowel pin is a fairly standard thing and I would consider it a bare minimum item.
