Hello,

I was using Chemkin 2023 R2 the student version and had to update to the version due to the license being no longer valid.

After updating none of the simulations that worked with 2023 work with 2024. Even the samples provided by Ansys dont work. I always get this error:

Checking the output file it gives me PREMIX: Error initializing gas-phase linkfile...C:\Users\chemkin\samples2024R2\flame_speed\freely_propagating\flame_speed__freely_propagating_gas.asc

This is for the sample, but even with different chemical kinetic mechanism it always states the gas.asc as the problem.

I would appreciate help on this.

Hello Davud,

Can you check the psr__gas.log file or the log files for your Analysis for any errors.
Pleas post the errors seen in the log.
