You need to check the EOS of your material to see if P_Shift (Pressure Shift) is zero.
If yes, the predicted pressure is the Absolute Pressure. If not, the predicted pressure is the Relative Pressure.
For example, if you are using Ideal Gas EOS and set the P_Shift to one atmospheric pressure: 101.3 KPa. The predicted pressure will be "Over-Pressure" or "Gauge Pressure", i.e., Absolute Pressure - Atmospheric Pressure.
