I'm simulating the motion of a solid body and i'm able to do when the volume of the object is about the order of 2e-07 m3, now i'm trying to do with a rescaled model, with volume of 2e-08, and consequently lower values of the inertia tensor, is there any way to handle such type of situations? I'm already using the cgs unit system which gives the highest numerical values for the inertia but are of order 1e-05 each and maybe is too low ?
Many thanks in advance

Hello Alberto,Â
this message gets printed when the determinant of Ixx*Iyy*Izz is smaller than the minimum cutoff moments coefficient, which is 1e-20. Even if there were a way to reduce this threshold, these numbers are so small that you risk having a lot of floating point error.
Instead, we would recommend rescaling your problem.
