A pictorial representation of the geometry would very useful, however as you mention that its a "relatively simple geometry", you can easily create a hexa mesh in ICEM CFD that would be identical on the top and the bottom surface. Even Ansys meshing can be used to create what you are aiming for as Vishal mentioned.
