Hello Reno,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried R15.0.2 yes, and just to double check I tried it again just now and am getting the same error message. It appears that LS-DYNA states I don't have licensing for this solver version R15. We are under academic licensing (school research purposes), do you think this is the reason? Am I only able to use this solver version if I am under commerical licensing?

Please find attached the screenshot I've included which may further help us troubleshoot this problem.
