Safety factor is just a simple calculation of yield/equivalent stress obtained at that point (assuming you used equivalent stress theory). So, if you feel saftey factor factor is too less for the Nitinol. I would suggest you double check the material properties. There are various alloys of nitinol and the one which you might have it in mind might differ from the one inside ansys. Manually input the Nitinol properties in engineering data and assign it to the model. Also the mesh on the tube feels too coarse, so refine it a little more (2 elements through thickness atleast).
