1中的正常工作是在fdtd中；

3中具体的情况为，在fdtd中对整个器件进行仿真可以看到端口的透射率的开关变化，这与移相器发生大小pi的相移相联系。但是当分开提取s参数后，带有额外相移大小的相移大小在Interconnect中只有pi/2，不知道这是不是巧合。关于s参数的提取过程，严格遵守了官网的教程步骤。

请问，问题可能会出现在哪一步？
