Please check material data in your model. Make sure Specific Heat is added to material property and is properly defined.

Specific heat is the quantity of heat required to raise the temperature of a unit of mass by one degree of K. 

If specific heat is zero, material temperature won't change.

If the material model you used doesn't allow to use Specific Heat, you need to consider changing the material model if material temperature change is the focus of your study.
