Hello, I will suggest uncouple Maxwell and Simplorer, run Maxwell with simple internal excitation like current and use a simple inductor and resistor to replace Maxwell model in Simplorer. May sure both are running properly then coupling two simulations.

If the same error still exists in Maxwell, check geometry, material propertity, region, boundary, excitation, mesh... etc
