Hi, 

I have checked your issue on our side by setting HYDRO = 2 in extent_binary and running it.

I haven't been able to replicate your issue on my side as I have been able to report all quantities from SPHOUT via DATABASE_HISTROY_SPH as shown in the following 

Please recheck the model.
